Grid Settings

Show Grid

turns the Grid on/off. Default state is on.

Snap To Grid

forces the upper-left corner of an object to align with grid-marks. Default state is on.

Margin

changes the location (in pixels) of the green, dotted guidelines (initially found near the edges of the Surface).
